Default Drilling hole in new front wheel fairing bracket

Is there a good way to drill a 21/32 inch hole in the bracket? I could not find a Unibit with 21/32 inch step.

Thanks for the help

Default What I did

I used a large Unibit to drill the hole to 5/8 inch. I then used a Dremel with a small sanding drum to enlarge the hole just enough to allow the AN960-616 washer to fit through the hole.

This took about 5 minutes, not a big deal.
