New builder saying hello
Hi everybody, I've been lurking here for well over a year and have recently begun the -8 of my dreams. I thought it was due time that I introduced myself.
I worked at a Sabreliner repair station through college, (I've already bucked a few rivets, though I'm sure I'm VERY rusty) and am currently a corporate pilot in a Lear45 for a large company in St. Louis. I hope someday to be based with this plane in Washington Missouri, about 30 miles west of the city where I live.
I am mostly done with the HS and am having a total blast, although I promply screwed up hs405, luckily before I junked the forward spar splice!
anyway, thanks for a such a great site, great community, and great airplane.

Welcome!
Welcome, Matt! You've got some talented builders in the St Louis area-lots of help available there and here on VAF. Good luck,
Mike
