I really enjoyed the article by DR on Monday's front page. Especially the TW clip. I am not really a golf fan but that is unbelievable! It inspired me to pry open my checkbook to send in another $25 to VAF. Nice job, Doug.
Speaking of meeting people through VAF - I was at Panama City Beach, Fla. over the weekend to watch my daughter compete in a cheer leading competition. I noticed a fellow sitting close by reading a pilots training manual. I almost said something about flying, but didn't - until I saw him a little later wearing a VAF hat! Then I had to say something! We talked RVs for a while, totally oblivious to all the bikinis on the beach.
