Template for defrost vents?

Anybody have a template that could be sent via email for laying out a vent for a defrost fan in the glareshield?

Thanks Mark! Got the email, that's exactly what I was looking for! I remember seeing the picture of what you did, but I didn't use "windshield" in my search for defroster vents.
