Transferring 396 flights

I use Mapsource to transfer driving routes to computer. How do I transfer 'flights' to computer and aviation user data points?? thanks larry b

I use Jeppesen's FliteStar to create trip routes with waypoints, etc. Then upload to 396/496. Flitestar can also download the track history and display it overlaid on the map.
