Registration Holders
Does anyone know of a supplier for aircraft registration holders for cockpit display? I couldn't find one at AS&S.

It's tough to find at Spruce but they have them. Called "License Holder", but searching that won't find it. Look under 'Pilot Supplies" then "cockpit accessories" scroll down to find License Holder.
Good Luck

El Cheapo..
1/8th plexiglass cut to shape, with .040 'c' shaped standoff around the border, pop riveted to another scrap piece of aluminum then pop riveted into position in the cockpit. Paint the metal to match your interior.

Thanks Bill, looking at Wicks and AS$S, I think I'll make my own.

Our DVT pilot shop also has them made locally. It's a 5X7 cordura pouch with a vinyl face and a zipper closure on top. It can be mounted with velcro or the supplied metal clip (or you can add screw grommets to it). Very nice, and about twelve bucks.

Fed Ex Label Holder
I took a Fed Ex Label Holder and cut it in half. Self stick, cheap, and has lasted the past year. Thin and light, too!

I used a clear plastic tube made to slip over fluorescent tubes as an anti-shatter device and found some vinyl caps to seal the ends. I wedged it vertically between the seat back support cross member and the flap mechanism cover in the baggage compartment of my -6. I'll try to post a pic later if y'all are interested.
