Default Wing conduit hole

I am using the Vans suggested hole placement "drilled in the lower 1/3 of the rib between the large lightening hole and the next one aft." After drilling the first hole from my jig, it seems my hole is maybe a little too close to the flange. Is there a minimum distance from the flange based on the this hole size (o.750)??? I have searched my available texts without success.

For anyones information: Just got a reply from Vans on this issue. Ken told me as long as I stay away from the radius of the flange and web that everything will be okay...
