Default Vans kits lead times

I ordered my wing kit (received and processed at Vans on 3-20-08) and was quoted 9-10 weeks delivery time (9a slowbuild). Today in the mail I got a notice showing delivery scheduled for 5-12-08, which is 7 weeks. Not complaining, I'll take it!

You are so lucky!!
I did not read the web site well enough when I ordered my -7 qb fuse. With the standard wings, you need to either have them keep the spar section or, in my case, mail it back. First word from vans was three months which put the fuse on Partains truck the first part of November 07. I didn't receive it until January 18th. Do read the web site. Do call Vans.

Update - the credit card charge from Vans posted on Thursday 5-08-08, so I guess it's really coming on time!

Gotta go clean off my work benches and get ready for inventory and storage...
