396 Main Menu

My main menu won't come up on my 396. When I push the menu once it wiil show the menu for the page I'm on but if I push it twice it just goes back to the page. Anyone have any ideas. Don

Are you in aviation mode?

Have you tried taking the battery out for a "reset"?

Hi Don,
My one year old 496 started having a terrible time acquiring satellites so I called Garmin. They were really helpfull and found out that I had version 2.1 and needed 3.5, so the gent talked me throught the whole install deal and it's faster and much better...try them.
