Default Tip: Good videos on making hoses

I've wanted to try making some hoses for my RV-8, so I read everything here and dug up a lot of sources of fittings, hose material, tools etc. but was still confused about what it takes. Yesterday I found some videos that show how to do it pretty well. It really does not look that hard, even cutting the hose.

It may be time to order some hose and fittings and give it a try. The hard part now is deciding which aeroquip hose to buy. I want to replace some 3/8" tubing in my fuel system to make a good Andair installation even better, and I want to make some -4 hoses to spiff up the brake system.

Here's a company that helped me a lot finding some male-female AN-6 swivel connectors. Great service and very helpful:

Try www.summitracing.com www.jegs.com get the Kool kit from Van's or ACS, or the two sites above. Really not hard to do at all.
