Thumbs up Two thumbs up for Vans.

I posted a request for some info - an alignment problem, on the RV-9 section of the board. Oddly, I didn't get a response from anyone here. I did, however, get a phone call from Van's asking about my issue. You read that right. They called me based on my post - same day I posted.

They may not watch every post, or track every issue, but they do monitor this stuff. That gets them two thumbs up from me.

Ditto from me. Van's techies are the best. Pulled by bacon out of the fire a couple of times.

Although I never got a personal phone call! I guess cause I was calling them!
