Default Castleberry Electric Attitude Indicator

Does anyone know if the Castleberry AI (Model 300-14EL) indicator comes with a "transport lock" or something similar for shipping? I don't see an indication of anything like that in the paperwork I got with the instrument, but they are not uncommon as I understand it, on such equipment. There is no indication of one in the "warnings" and stickers on the instrument either, but there is one small slotted screw head at the 3 o'clock position on the rear of the instrument that is unmarked. I thought it might be possible that that is a lock for the internal mechanism that must be removed before the instrument will work.

If that is not the case, then back to Castleberry it goes, I guess. Disappointing, because my instrument panel was going in yesterday, hopefully permanently. Darn!

Hope someone knows...

Regards,

Lee...
