RV-3, paint, military or civilian? ..for sale?

I have an RV-3 that I am re-habbing for sale, having decided not to pursue the CN-2 part of the wing mod (CN-1 has been done).

I have read the "warbird markings" thread in the paint section, but thought I might get more opinions here in the general discussion section.

Considering painting for sale, what ideas, opinions do you have, re: military or civilian paint scheme?

If you are going to resell the plane I would not do the military theme. Go with something simple, all white and add some vinyl graphics. They can be changed for an "update" look down the road.
