Default baggage door support on firewall and baggage bulkhead

really confused about the sequence:

I have the baggage door supports. I put some keep rivets for the one on the baggage bulkhead, no shim needed ........ I suppose ?

in dwg 21 section B-B' the view of the firewall side :

I need the shim ? how to decide ?

try to help me, the manual don't.

thanx in advance

Default ok, ok, 3 days with no reply = stupid thread

I had this problem:

I was drilling the fwd baggage support strip (firewall side). I didn't understood how to place everything together (firewall, strip, shim, hinge).

So I used this solution :

place the strip with an426ad3-3 keeper rivet (I will drill them out in future)

drill the skin on the strips and cleco

I will think to the hinge when I'll drill out the keeper rivets

Hope this help somebody

Ciao
