Default lyc..IO360versus superior IO36o

getting ready to order engine...and f/wall forward kit.....any thoughts on the relative merits/differences/advantages comparing the lyc IO360 M1B or the superior version IO360 fwd.facing sump/horizontal induction....stanman...RV8

My RV7A will be powere by an IO360-M1B also. I just stopped by and spoke to Rhonda at Barrett Precision about this last week. They build Lycoming and Superior engines. She helped me understand the available options. I have some time before I need to make the decision but am much better informed now. You might want to give them a call.
