Default question on fuel tanks RV-7

I am building the RV7A.
I want to do light aerobatics. Loops, rolls and the like.
I am at the point in the wing tanks where it wants me to make changes for inverted flight.
Move fuel sending unit to 2nd bay. Change the fuel pick up out let to the leading edge. Do I need to change to that just to do the above. What do I do with 407, the ring, and 408 the sending unit mount plate? Don?t use it or use it in the 2nd bay? do i do both tanks the modified way?
Thanks.
Fred

Can't address your building issues, but if all you want to do is loops and rolls (i.e. positive G aerobatics), you don't need a flop tube.

I don't have a flop tube or other inverted systems and do what you describe all the time.
