Vans price increase??

Does anybody know about what % increase Vans plans to apply at the end of the month?? We are not to far from being ready to order the 9A fuselage and wondered if we needed to do it next week.

I asked via email. Price increase for the 7 wing kit is ~$160 ($6110 from $5950), somewhere around a 2.6% increase. I don't have any data on other kits...

I asked Barb via email and she stated that they would reveal this to us on Feb. 1st.

FYI

I just got off the phone with Vans to make my finish-kit order. I was told that while they haven't made an official announcement, she has heard that the 2008 increase will be around 4 or 5%. By ordering before Feb. 1st I saved a little less than $300.00

Thanks... I think I'm just gonna pony up and order the fuselage now anyway, since I figure I'm only 10-12 weeks from completing the wings.
