Default 0-360 carburetor leaking gas

0-036 carb (450 hrs) was loading up and found on adjustment to have fuel running through a rubber part and when tested on a bench gas would run through with less than 2 pounds of pressure. Please give your thoughts on overhauling the carb, or trading it in on a overhauled carb, or buying a new one. Do you have a favorite company you would use. Thank you
