Default captive nutplates

Anyone know where I can get a nutplate that captures the head of an AN3 bolt? I've seen these on throttle quadrants.

Shouldn't be too hard to make one Bob. Or just drill it and use a pin or safety wire and then drill a couple of small holes on both sides to run the wire into. That should hold it from turning. You could also if you never want to take it apart bond the head with JB Weld. Or Bond the head with JB Weld to a large area washer and rivet the washer down.
