Default Maui Flying

I"m not talking about the other Maui "flying", but has anyone had experience with Maui Aviators? I'll be over there for a week in Feb. and would finally like to do a little local flying.

Default Flew with them

I rented their new 172 about 1 year ago. Had to rent the instructor too, but that was a good thing. He let me fly, and he worked the radio and acted as a tour guide.

We had a great time, but it was a little spendy, but worth it.

I did the same as Duane a few years ago - I flew and the instructor handled the radio. He was also a great tour guide. We flew around the north side of Maui, across to Molokai along the cliffs, did a touch & go; then over to Lanai; back across to southwest Maui; landed at Hana; then back.
The cost was not that much more than a tourist helicopter ride. I would definitely do it again.

Default Maui Aviators - Thumbs up

A bit spendy, but worth it. Worth every penny to fly the islands.

Default Flew with them too

Great experience although the kid I flew with was way to concerned with turbulence over Moloki. I have some pics if you want to see them email me.

Tooks the advice and did the rental thing over on Maui. Way cool. I did a quick writeup on a blog site for those pondering the same thing. Well recomended!
