Mike,
There are some POH's posted
here but since each plane is unique, the numbers presented in those POH's may not apply to your -4.
The best thing to do is run your own flight tests and determine what the correct numbers are for your -4.
Remember, empty weight, engine, prop, and how straight the airframe is all impact those numbers.
