I have a Skymap IIIC in my -6A purchased in 2000. I really like it except that the display is way too dim in direct sunlight. Anyone know if the current models have improved display brightness?
General thoughts from any other users?
One other thing to mention, the software updates are over $200. Is this high or low in the realm of other brands? Me thinks this is where the real money is made, kinds like printer ink cartridges.
