Default Rib Flange tool

Has anyone made the straightening tool described in the 24 years of the RVAtor article?
There is a description of a simple tool to use to make the flanges perpindicular on the ribs ... as I am nearly to that point on the wings I was thinking of making this tool. Problem is, the description is somewhat vague and the picture is worthless.
Anyone have any pictures of one they've made or suggestions for the same?

Thanks in advance.
