Yet another prop question

I'm getting ready to buy A fixed pitch Sensenich from Van's for my 7A with 160HP O320 I am looking for tips to make the right prop choice the first time.
Van's recommends the 79'' pitch for the RV-7A
.Anyone else fly this combo?
.What kind of numbers are you getting?
.What R.P.M. on takeoff / cruise?
.Does the 2600 max R.P.M. limit get in the way?
My airport is at 5500 feet (FMN) I was thinking of more climb prop but not wiith a 2600 r.p.m. limit!
I would love a constant speed prop but not for now! Want to fly ASAP.
