Default Cleaning old brake fluid?

I have found that a small but persistent brake leak has left a MIL-SPEC hyd fluid trail on my cockpit floor. I've gotten up the worst of it but it has seeped into seams along bulkheads, etc. Anyone got any suggestions on how to clean this junk up so that the metal will accept a finish coat of paint? Penetrating degreaser? Dynamite?

Nauga,
whose brakes broke
