Default Finding builder assistance

***Clarification: engine building experience!***

Two questions:

Those of you who built your own engines with assistance/A&P supervision, how did you find your A&P?

Has anyone sent their self-built engine out for dyno run-in, and if so, where, and what's the cost?

How many of you ran the engine in the airframe for the first time?

Frankly, I've got a set of parts, some new(lifters), some yellow-tagged(case, crank, gears, con rods), the rest planned to be new(cyl's, cam, bearing, seals, misc), and I'm second guessing myself.

Never ending choices.
