Default Tip - Cutting Gear Stiffeners

Apologies to any seasoned carpenters out there but here is how I cut the gear stiffeners with a "Skill" saw.

(Still deciding whether to use them or not - but they are ready!)

RV6 - Getting there!

Screw wood molding to a piece of spare plywood


Flip upside down and screw plywood to edge of bench


Set balde at 30deg and cut along line previously marked on back of molding


Viola!
