Default MT Spinner Screws

"Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?
Tell me, if you have understanding.
Who determined its measurements?
Surely you know!
Or who stretched the line upon it?
To what were its foundations fastened?
Or who laid its cornerstone,
When the morning stars sang together,
And all the sons of God shouted for joy?"

Job 38:4-7

My MT spinner is fiberglass, not aluminum. Is yours? If so, I would not recommend countersinking it. It's not thick enough and then you'll have to use countersunk washers which actually are probably more noticeable than the pan head screws you're replacing.

Default MT spinner screws

The MT Propeller spinner is held on with #10 screws.

The spinner dome is made with Kevlar with an Epoxy resin.

There are no approved repairs for the MT Spinner Dome.
There are no approved modifications for the MT Spinner Dome, especially countersinking the spinner dome.

If you are interested in what I am testing on the MT Spinner Dome (with MT Propeller looking over my shoulder), give me a call at (805) 795-5377.
