I know that you are looking for a book, but I was browsing the books at the Aircraft Technical Book Company website, and I found a DVD that looks to
have everything that you are looking for. The link is:

That looks like a good DVD. Anybody know if those folks go to OSH? I don't recall seeing them there and I'd like to save shipping/handling etc.
