Default Tip: Truing a Wing

...sent in by Larry Gaudreau

Builders Tip, after fighting with wood blocks and shims while building the left wing, I have the PERFECT way to true the wing. I?m using a jack from a FORD van to align the holes along the main spar. I have a fishing line on the main spar end to end with this jack I can adjust the spar by just turning this jack a little at a time until the fishing line is centered on the holes. WORKS GREAT I just hope I don?t get a flat on my way to work J
I hope this helps other builders.
Thanks,
J
