Default rudder cable holes

The 706, 707 and 708 bulkheads consist of left and right halves. On drawing 21, they indicate a hole for the rudder cable on the right half of each bulkhead (note 1) that must be enlarged to 5/8. They don't indicate explicitly whether this is supposed to be mirrored on the left half of these bulkheads. I'm assumgin there will be a left and right rudder cable, and so i should also enlarge the corresponding holes on the left halves of these bulkheads... is this correct?
