The parking crew will try to keep RV parking in the usual area adjacent to the north end of the main runway. They are aware of the "smooth grass please" RV nosewheel requirement. Don't be bashful with a request on the ground frequency if a volunteer suffers a memory lapse. No fly-in can guarantee perfect turf; please use your own judgment.

Aircraft judging entry cutoff time is 2PM.

Admission of the general public is welcome, but we rarely have "careless boob" issues because Evergreen AL is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Walk-ins tend to be airplane people.

SERFI has an excellent campground, open tonight through Sunday. The City of Evergreen runs bus service to the local motels.
