Default LOE'07 PIREP #2

Good afternoon!

It's 3pm in the afternoon and I'm back in the hotel room for a little rest before the banquet. Let's see....there were hundreds of people milling around the ramp all day. Several dozen aircraft took off to do some local sightseeing of the Franklin mountains. Stu and Falcon Flight did several excellent passes (as they always do). Red rode by on a 1913 tractor (one truck parade).

Terry tells me there are 340 people registered as of a few hours ago and there were 130 RVs on the ramp. More accurate numbers later...

At 5pm we will have another happy hour and at 6pm the banquet starts. Sometime between 7pm-8pm we'll start giving away prizes and have 'The Running of the Robs' (more on that later)....

Wish you could be here.

All the best,
Doug

ps: I've taken (267) pictures so far...I'll get 'em online Monday(ish)
