Default I selected more than one

Depends a lot on the geography.

If its say 100 miles in the willamette valley then its VFR possibly with flight following.

If its crossing the mountains its a minimum of VFR+FF and possibly IFR

if the WX looks at all dodgy I file IFR and cancel if I don't need it..Easier than doing it the other way round.

Quite often I get ATC being unable to do FF cus of workload. Thats a risky situation if crossing the mountains lest I end up doing a Steve Fossett...I want someone to know where I'm at.
