Has anyone ever wanted their 296 to output tones to the speaker wires so that you can pipe "prompt/message/alert" tones into your audio panel?
In aviation mode, the only tone you will get out of the 296's speaker outputs are the power disconnect prompt tone.
Nothing comes out for any of the other alerts or messages that pop up. The internal beeper is hard to impossible to hear in the air.
This is annoying and if they can do it for the power disconnect prompt, they should be able to do it for the others.
