RV's in Japan

My wife and I are taking a trip to Japan in a week. I thought I would ask if there are any RV's ether building or fling?

any information would be great!

I wrote and Van's published an article about an RV-4 that was built and another RV-4 that was under construction by a SCHOOL in Japan back in 1995.

I emailed Noel what I sent Van's minus the photos. The story is TOO long to post here. I got a warning trying to post it and it was over 700 characters too big. Back in 1995, Japan did not have an Amateur Built Experimental category for airplanes. Back in 1995, gasoline for cars cost me around $5 USD per gallon in Japan based on the exchange rate and liter to gallon conversion. It would be VERY expensive to fly in Japan.
