Default Master / starter relay doubler

Just fabbed the the doubler for the master relay/starter relay using the measurements on the plans. After drilling, cutting and smoothing, I compared it to the the drawing. It was too big. The measurement for the height is 2 5/8" but if you measure the drawing, which says it's full size, it's only 2 1/4". So from those of you who have already done this, which is correct?

The blueprint may say full sized, but dont believe it. Paper changes with humidity, just not reliable.

If there is a dimensional call out, use it.

Thank you. I checked today by drawing out the lines and measurements on the firewall and it will work out perfectly.
