Hi James,
One of our mics was dead and the radio shop found that the connectors on the back of our comm radio weren't touching the pins when we slid the radio into the tray,.....it wasn't the mic. Have you tried your Bose in another airplane?

Regards,
Pierre

Hi Grover, Just had the Mic fail on one of our headsets. We called Bose and they sent out a new mic bundle at no charge, received it yesterday, 2 day UPS. They have a 5 year warranty on the unit and were very easy to deal with. Larry

My left earpiece started squeeling. I had to send it back, but it was returned within a week's time. No Charge. Give them a call.

I have been less than impressed with Bose quality.
