New - Old - Project !
OK,
The dollar is high for us Limey's and we are looking for a project for next year.
Refurb, old, worthy, possibly radial, maybe open cockpit, possibly biplane.
Basket case prefered - but one that has a reasonable source of parts and no whacky engines. Stearman is too big for my workshop so that gives a hint.
We are serious and are scratching our heads - don't want to end up with a beautiful aeroplane that handles like a pig either !
What would the great and the good suggest ?
