Default ON-ON-MOM toggle switch with quick connectors?

Three questions:

1) Does anyone know what brand the BandC switches are? It is expensive to buy the odd one direct from BandC in the USA, from Europe. Alternatively, can anyone point me at a (S700-2-50) similar ON-ON-MOM switch with quick connectors.

2) Is there a 'normal' place for attaching the ground strap to the engine?

3) What is the typical inrush ,and more importantly, start current, to start the engine with a O-320 / Light Weight Skytech?

Thanks,

1. When I bought mine about 4 years ago they were Carling.

2. I attached mine to one of the studs on the vacuum pump pad. I have no vacuum pump, so the ring terminal attaches to one stud, and an adel clamp mounts to another to clamp the wire & strain-relieve the ring terminal.

3. Not sure...
