Default A question on fuel pick-up

I have a recurrent question. Since the fuel pick up tube is in the inboard part of the tanks, since fuel is free of moving inside and since we'll have a fuel tank selector (right OR left, I suppose), how can engine run during a 2 minutes or longer right or left turn?

In other words: in a prolonged left/right turn, while using left/right tank, all fuel "falls" outboard and fuel pick up tube can't "drink".

Maybe, I'm missing something...

Default coordinated turn

If your turn is coordinated (not slipping), then the fuel will be in exactly the same place as in straight and level flight. If you side-slip for two minutes and you are low on fuel, yes you could unport the fuel pickup.
