Default Moose Creek this week

I'll be camping at Moose Creek(1U1) on Tues/Wed 6/14-15 enroute to the west. Stop by if you're in the area.

Default Moose Creek heads up

Don't do any touch-n-go's at Moose Creek. It is a designated wilderness area and tng's will generate some bad PR. No water unless you hike up to the ranger station or down to the river. Airstrip is located in a mountain canyon... don't let a mountain plug your FAB inlet, if you know what I mean. I saw moose, elk, and deer on the runway at one time or another--be careful.

There were no mosquitos. Go figure.
