Matterhorn white

Stirlingsilver

I'm New Here
If you are looking for a near exact colormatch for matterhorn white it is GM pure white 12. ( a really old GM paint code)
I did a internet search and someone mentioned it was a match so I tried it out and yes it is an exact match.

I found that Duplicolor makes it

Duplicolor perfect match paint code is 12wa5111,522 available at Cdn Tire etc.

I needed to touch up my wheel pants and all the whites I tried were warm tint (creamy) or too bright whereas matterhorn has a blue hue in it.

Interesting. I tried every white in Duplicolor display case and found the Chrysler Bright White part number ACC0362 to be a perfect match to my Matterhorn White.

While matterhorn white is probably the most popular color in aviation, there is a chance it could vary ever so slightly from one manufacturer to the next.

And then your new aeroplane looks like a domestic appliance :D:D:D

Look at the Ford, Nissan and Lexus whites that are just a bit warmer - they look so much more relaxed, but then..... opinions vary ;)
