Default Dimples in VS skin

I just got finished dimpling my vertical stab skin and set it off to the side and then realized the areas around the dimples are sitting a little proud. It isn't the dimpled area it is maybe an inch or so away from each dimple but it is most of the dimples. I think this could be form trying to dimple the skin by myself and not being completely flat as I would strike the c-frame tool.

It is not very pronounce but I know it is there now. I wonder if the riveting will pull it all down flush.

Has anyone experienced this mistake or have suggestions on what I can do it smooth this out?

I forgot to take a pic as I left the shop but I will post one tomorrow.
