Default "A" model nose fork upgrade question ??

If you replace the old style nose fork with the newly designed nose fork, do you have to redesign the nose gear fairing or will it fit?

Default

The mounts are different so the old ones have to come off and the holes filled.

Default new fork

Does the new fork go on all the A models? I have an 8A.

Do you have to drill a new hole for the new fork?

Thanks,
Tony
