Default Propeller nuts??

My buddy has 3/8" nuts pressed into the crankshaft flange for the prop but wants to go to 7/16". Where do you buy these thingies?

Thanks,
Pierre

Default Aircraft Specialties Services

They are overhauling my crank and all the other steel parts right now. A.S.S. is also a parts supplier and I am very sure they would have the press in nuts. A web search pulls them up at the top of the list. They are very good about consulting over the phone so if you have a question it is appropriate to ask them.

Sincerely,
Brian Vickers, RV4 finishing

Propeller flange bushings. Get them from Lycoming, Superior and probably others.
Lycoming part number for the 7/16" is 72064 and 72065. The 76065 is odd sized for indexing the flywheel.

...and to follow up on Mel's part numbers, this Lycoming SI tells you the correct locations for the bushings
