Default transition training to an RV

I have been helping the owner (purchaser, not builder) of an RV-3 get it flying after several years of collecting dust. We are just about done and thinking of the first flights. We would like to get some transition training in an RV to get ready. Is there anyone who can help us?
Thanks,
Steve
