Default Fuel Valve installation question for RV 6/7/9 drivers

Hi to the RV 6/7/9ers...

I'm working out a new installation of an Andair Fuel Valve in my RV-8. I've laid out 3 options here:

http://www.vansairforce.com/communit...0&postcount=13

I was told that my third option is similar to the way the install is done on RV 6/7/9's. I would appreciate it if any of the 6/7/9 owners could forward a small piece of the plans showing how this is done. Similar to this in the 8:

I'm interested in 3 issues:

1) How is the valve attached to the shelf plate?

2) What is the thickness of the shelf plate material?

3) what is the length and width of the shelf plate in those machines.

Many thanks.
