Any advice on the best airport to overnight in the Lafayette area March 6-9th?
Considering KLFT (Lafayette) and KOPL (Opelousas St Landry Parish).

Where do you need to go? KARA is SE of KLFT about 20 min drive. No ramp fees. My Pacer is based there at Pelican Aviation

We’re staying in downtown Lafayette, probably Uber to destination. KLFT is supposed to have free transient parking and access through signature without fees. I’ll look into KARA, Thanks!

If Signature has no or minimal fees it?s by far the most convenient to downtown.
RV7 & 9A are based there as well.
