recognizing Nancy and Van's parts

Recently acquired an RV10 tail kit with a few items missing, kit is from 2003. Anyways, I have been a mess trying to account for everything, cross-reference, compare what I have in stock at the house, keep finding more parts (I think I have sent a total of 4 revision to my list of about 50 items). Nancy has been extremely helpful, very courteous, prompt in returning calls/emails, and a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding customer service isn't always common now days, especially when dealing with a mess like me. Thanks Nancy, thanks Van's; looking forward to the build.
